Version 1.0. Draft prepared for legal review, not yet in force.
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the work we do for clients: that lives in a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, the agreement wins.

Using the site
By browsing the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You may read, print and quote the content for your own information, with attribution.
The site is not an offer
The services and prices described here are an invitation to talk, not a binding offer. Published prices are starting points, exclude VAT where it applies, and do not commit either side. Nothing on this site creates a contract.
How work actually starts
We begin only under a written scope signed by both sides, naming deliverables, price, dates and exclusions. That document, and not this site, defines what we owe you.
Intellectual property in this site
The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy the design or the logo, or republish substantial parts of the text, without our written consent.
Intellectual property in client work
Work produced for a client belongs to that client once the corresponding invoices are paid, as set out in the engagement agreement. We retain the right to reuse general know how, tools and components that are not specific to a client.
What you send us
Do not send confidential material through the contact form before we have an agreement in place. What you do send, we treat as confidential and use only to answer you. You confirm you are entitled to send it.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a site we do not run, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Our liability for this site
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for anything that cannot be excluded under Montenegrin law. Beyond that we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from your use of this site. Liability in client work is set in the engagement agreement.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Disputes go to the competent court in Podgorica, unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
Language
This site is published in several languages. Translations are provided for convenience; in a dispute about meaning, the Montenegrin version prevails.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version published here when you visit is the one that applies, and each version carries its number and date.
