STUDIO UNIVERSUM is a small consulting and development studio registered in Podgorica, Montenegro. We work with companies here in Montenegro and with clients anywhere else in the world, for founders and small teams who need something shipped rather than a department built.
We are deliberately small. The people you talk to are the people who write the code, which is why our estimates survive contact with the work.
We work remotely. Years across time zones have made that unremarkable: everything that matters is written down, decisions are recorded, and every week there is a build you can open. Nobody waits a day for an answer that fits in one message.
We prefer a short paid audit before a large build. It is cheaper for you than an estimate based on a conversation, and it tells both sides whether the collaboration will work.
We have carried products through the parts most teams meet only once. Store reviews, failed payments, migrations at midnight, a language that breaks the layout. That experience is the reason our timelines are boring.
